In 2013, the company Effectus Management & Consulting won a public tender and signed a Construction Right Agreement for one of the most attractive camping locations on the Croatian coast – the Punta Nova peninsula on the island of Pag. Together with an equity partner, they developed a luxury camping project, which was declared a strategic investment by the Republic of Croatia.
The Punta Nova Camp project on the island of Pag was successfully completed in 2023, when after the planning and preparation phase, it was sold to the renowned tourism company Aminess. Today, that location hosts the Aminess Avalona Camping Resort – a new-generation luxury camp redefining the camping offer in Croatia.
Effectus Consulting is proud of its contribution to the development of this project, from the initial idea to an investment-ready site. The Punta Nova location was recognized for its exceptional potential thanks to its natural surroundings, views of the Velebit mountain, and close proximity to the sea.
