Effectus d.o.o. signed the first contract with Njivice Hotel in February 2011 to manage the camp in Njivice, and Zvonimir became an external associate in charge of Njivice camp. After excellent results achieved in the first year, the company Effectus d.o.o. takes over the management of the entire hotel while Zvonimir becomes the President of the Management Board.
The transformation of the company's business into the company from the Finvestcorp d.d. system, as well as the successful pre-trade settlement process, begins. Changing the ownership structure, Effectus d.o.o. becomes one of the co-owners of House Hotels Njivice d.o.o. The results achieved in the 7 years of managing a hotel house are really impressive (raising revenues by 60 million kuna, EBIDTA's increase of 27 million kuna). In November 2018, Zvonimir departs from the position of the President of the Board and passes to the Supervisory Board.
Effectus d.o.o. is still in the ownership structure.
