By detecting a large gap between the existing developed tourist zones on the one hand, this problematic concept of high-class hotels in not just such destinations, and the problem of immense potentials of state property that is currently neglected, devastated or below the minimum of rational exploitation, a group of entrepreneurs headed by Mr. Atom Zloic , the owner and founder of INPRO Zagreb, begins to work on the concept of utilization of this property with maximum impact on the ecological, ethnological, sociological and safe entrepreneurial plan.
